A quiet, non-judgmental space to stop being told what to do — and start hearing the clarity you've been carrying all along.
Parents, partners, feeds, the colleague with an opinion — every channel hands you a verdict on the life you're supposed to want. Somewhere beneath all of it, your own voice still speaks. It's just quieter than the rest.
Our work is subtraction, not addition. We don't add one more loud opinion. We help you turn the others down until you can finally hear the one that's actually yours.
Before insight, stillness. We slow the conversation until the urgency to "fix it" loosens and the real question can surface.
We look at the pattern without flinching and without blame. Naming what's truly happening is most of the change — the rest follows.
With the noise turned down and the pattern in view, the next step stops being a guess. You decide — consciously, and as your own.
Most people who find us aren't in crisis. They're quietly worn down by a life that looks fine on paper and feels unclear underneath. See if any of this lands.
If you nodded even once, you're exactly who this space is for.
The fog lifts. You can finally tell which thoughts are yours and which you inherited — and the next step stops being a guess.
You stop outsourcing every decision. The quiet confidence of knowing your own mind returns — and it holds under pressure.
Insight becomes action. Instead of circling the same problem, you move — deliberately, in a direction that's genuinely yours.
People expect progress to climb. In practice, understanding dips first — things get clearer by getting honest, and honesty is rarely comfortable. Here's the curve most people actually walk.
Everyone is happy to tell you which road to take. We're the ones who go quiet — long enough for you to notice you already know the way.
The Inner Roads
I'm a Life Coach, Master NLP Practitioner and Shadow Work Practitioner, with a counseling-based approach to emotional well-being — but those titles are only one part of who I am.
My own life has moved through hard transitions: a divorce, moving to another country, returning to India and rebuilding in ways I never planned. There were times I felt genuinely lost — questioning who I was, what I wanted, where I belonged. I had to let go of old identities, face uncomfortable truths, and find the courage to start over.
That journey didn't make me fearless. It made me brave enough to move forward even when I'm afraid. Ten years of solo travel and trekking taught me the same thing this work does: how to face uncertainty, trust yourself, and begin again.
So I won't tell you who to become. I'll help you reconnect with who you already are — beneath the fear, the conditioning and everyone else's expectations.
This work brings together life coaching, NLP, shadow work and counseling-based support — gently exploring the beliefs, emotions and patterns underneath the problem you arrive with.
"I came in wanting to be told what to do. I left realizing I'd known the whole time — I just needed someone to help me hear it."
"No advice, no scripts — and somehow the most useful hour I've spent on myself in years. I stopped negotiating with everyone else's opinions."
"The first time a conversation left me feeling more like myself instead of more confused. I make decisions faster now — I trust where they come from."
Three ways in, each a little deeper than the last. No pressure to pick the biggest — only the one that fits where you are right now.
A first, unhurried hour to set something down and hear yourself think. Ideal if you want to feel the work before committing to more.
Book The PauseEnough time for something meaningful to begin to shift. We move past the surface, find the pattern underneath, and take the first honest steps in a new direction.
Begin Turning PointThe full journey inward — space to work through the deeper patterns, rebuild self-trust, and walk out steady in a direction that's genuinely your own.
Walk the full roadNot sure which fits? The free discovery call is the place to find out — no cost, no obligation.
It sits between the two. We work with self-awareness the way good therapy does, but we're future-facing and action-oriented like coaching. If you're dealing with a clinical condition or crisis, we'll always point you toward licensed care first — and are glad to work alongside it.
That's the most common place to begin. "I don't know" usually means the answer is there but unspoken. You don't need a clear problem to start — a vague, persistent sense that something's off is more than enough to work with.
No — and that's deliberate. Borrowed answers don't hold under pressure. We ask the questions that let your own answer surface, then help you trust it enough to act. You leave with your decision, not ours.
However long it takes, and not a session longer. Some people find what they came for in a handful of conversations; others stay for a season of bigger change. Our aim is always to make ourselves unnecessary.
What you share stays between us. We'll talk through the specifics — and the rare, legally-defined exceptions any practitioner is bound by — on your first call, so nothing about how this works is ever a surprise.
Thirty unhurried minutes to be heard — and to feel whether this way of working fits you. No pitch, no obligation. Just you and Shipika, over WhatsApp.
